Curriculum Vitae (italiano)

• Nato a Salo' nel 1943, nel 1966 si diploma al "Corso Superiore di Disegno Industriale a Venezia.
• Nel 1970 ha conseguito un Master in Product Design all'Institute of Design dell' ITT a Chicago.
• Inizia l'attivitą in proprio nel 1971.
• Lavora come designer per aziende in Italia e all'estero in diversi campi: dai casalinghi in plastica o porcellana agli accessori per la cucina, dalle lampade ai prodotti per bagno.
• Progetta inoltre stand fieristici e si occupa di graphic desigtn.
• Ha ricevuto il premio "Design Plus" nel 1987 a Francoforte e "Design Innovationen" a Essen (germania)
• Suoi oggetti sono stati selezionati per il"Compasso d'Oro" del 1987,1989 e 1991.
• E' stato relatore in convegni internazionali sul design e ha tenuto un corso di progettazione all'Istituto Europeo di Design di Milano.

Curriculum Vitae (english)

• After highschool, he studies in Venice at "Corso Superiore di Disegno Industriale" where he graduates in 1966.
• He starts his professional activity working in an office of graphic design and designing in the meantime a set of sanitary-ware for Pozzi called "Piemonte".
• In 1968 he goes in USA at Chicago where he studies at Institute of Design of Illinois Institute of Technology; he graduates in 1970 with a master in Product Design.
• He cames back in Italy and after a short time in a design office in Milan, he opens his own office as free-lance and consultant designer.
• He works with many firms in Italy and abroad designing glass frames, underwater equipment, bathroom furniture sanitaryware, tiles, dental equipment,china dinnerware, plastic tabletop, faucets, glasses etc.
• He designs also exhibitions in fairs realizing the Show "Il Bagno Italiano" with Italian Institute for Foreign Trade in Los Angeles.
• He works also as graphic designer realizing trade marks, logotypes, corporate images and catalogues.

• "Design Plus" Awards - Frankfurt Fair (March 1987) for crystal glasses for Spiegelau (Germany)
• Selected at "Compasso d'Oro ADI" 1987 with sanitaryware System for Cesame (Italy)
• Selected at "Compasso d'Oro ADI" 1989 with plastic table accessories Particolari for F.lli Guzzini (Italy)
• "Design Innovation" Award at Essen (Germany) with Floria bathtub for Albatros System (Italy)
• Selected at "Compasso d'Oro ADI" 1991 for the following products:
  • F.lli Guzzini - pince napkins and coaster "Particolari"
  • F.lli Frattini - monolever faucet "Tempra"
  • 2S Cesana - shower cabinet "Logic"
  • He has been juror in international design competition and speaker in several international desiugn meetings
• He has been teaching design at Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan (Italy).
